The PlaySoccer system, called "The X Factor Player Rating System", allows coaches and other evaluators to use the X Factor process to perform their individual evaluations online and store the data in the ITSportsNet central database. The advantage is that evaluation data is recorded consistently and can be tracked and compared over time, in both an individual and team context. In addition all information is stored centrally in a secure fully hosted environment on the web. This allows authorized administrators to manage the whole season from one point without needing to know anything about the technical details.
